2.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid out in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
  2. The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  3. After claiming the bonus, the deposited amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

Example: If you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a 120% bonus of ৳2,400. Total balance ৳4,400. To make this withdrawable, you must place a total of ৳110,000 (4,400 × 25) in wagers.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

  1. If you wager with bonus funds and win, the winnings will be added to your balance.
  2. 277bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
  3. If bonus abuse is suspected, 277bd may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
  4. Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address will not be accepted.
  5. If an account is closed or terms are violated, bonuses will be forfeited.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

The 277bd VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits.

5.1 VIP Terms

  1. Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on playing activity and history.
  2. Cashback will be added to your balance within a set timeframe each week.
  3. 277bd reserves the right to change the VIP structure.
  4. If terms are violated, VIP benefits may be cancelled immediately.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

277bd is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the platform:

  2. Colluding with other players to predetermine game outcomes.
